Seriously

Okay-

So I started this in an attempt to get more healthy and to have some motivation...well, since I've had the helm of fatty-fat-fat.blogspot thing have just gone downhill. So, in the idea that you can teach an old dog new tricks, and it's never too late, I'm starting over.

Beginning tomorrow I will post everyday on my workout and my diet. I will post todays died (using my.calorie.counter.everydayhealth.com) or at least calorie consumption. My goal for calorie consumption is 1500 or less. And, my goal for gym is either 30 minute cardio or 60 minute - walk 3 times per week. With 2 days of weight lifting - one day core and legs, the other day arms and core.

All help and encouragement is greatly encouraged.
