Week 1 - Summary

Okay, so as my mid-week post shows, I sure wasn't the BEST at my dieting/working out this week. However, 4/7 days for the gym/working out isn't too bad. And, other than eating Italian Beef Sandwiches, Cheesecake, and Chocolate Cake Shakes this saturday on out Chicago Trip, I didn't eat too bad.

Cynthia - fantastic on the healthy food - and yes, Cream of Wheat counts. Ice cream counts for my dairy too. And, Dr. Pepper is a fruit. Other than that, I usually stick to the basics.

My goal for this upcoming week is 6 days of gym/work out and a daily caloric count (from mycaloriecounter.com) of less than 1800.
