August 17th

Okay everyone, here's the plan. Starting August 17th, I will be posting daily blog entries. Monday through Saturday are work outs/diet ideas and Sunday will be my measurements - yes, I'll put my measurements online. SCARY! So, start planning what work outs and diets you'd like to do and I'll be giving all followers acess to post as well.

Right now, however, I'm totally doing the opposite of my August 17th idea....last night I ate PJ Clarke's mac and cheese - not healthy and today it's Grimaldi's pizza....again not healthy but REALLY good! So, even more to work off! YEAH!!
